Repeated pop-ups about WWAHost.exe and others

Hello there!

First of all, thank you for this nice program, it is a nice idea and consumes so little resources on my machines -- wonderful!

But now to the issue: it happens on Windows 8.1 Update 1 on 32 bit and 64 bit, when one starts the Modern Skype app, one gets repeated pop-ups that WWAHost got blocked and one can allow or block or skip that request; the problem is now that doing so will every time create a new rule in the Windows Firewall, although the already created rule allows everything possible.
In the Event Viewer there is also every time a message about blocked outgoing connections and so it seems to be a problem about the way the Firewall gets configured -- but I am running out of ideas how to change the rule to suffice the needs of WWAHost (at least for the Modern Skype app). By the way, the app is working and one just gets the notifications.

I get these pop-ups also for other background services like Communications Service or other apps like the Maps app. (Although they are all allowed as much as a Rule is able to.)

Is the Windows Firewall a bit too sensitive? A way to ignore redundant pop-ups would be nice then.

Assumed fixed; no response from user.

with, and 2.0a5, I don't have duplicates. But the popup comes back once dismissed. This is normal because the coalescing of repeated events only occur in one showing instance of the notifier.exe. Once dismissed, it start all over. BUT... there is a known issue /workitem/1831, where popup are showing although there is a rule. If the is your complaint, vote there instead.

Is this still happening with the latest Alpha builds? There have been some fixes for just these kinds of problems.
